Tectonic plates in the earth sliding
When two plates collide, mountains start forming. The plates push on each other, "curving" the edges. The taller the mountain, the longer the plates have been colliding.
This is an example of Positive reinforcement.
Positive reinforcement is the addition of a reinforcing stimulus (giving the dog a treat) following a behavior (rolling over), that makes it more likely that the behavior occurs again.
