I would break apart your last sentence and leave out the piece about being a dependent adult, just say an independent adult. Also world and wide should be together, worldwide is one word. Here’s an example of something I might add on the topic.

“Providing free education worldwide not only has the possibility to improve a country’s image, but also improve the futures of many citizens. The goal of education is to prepare children for the future and for them to mature into educated and independent adults. In the long-run, offering more learning opportunities has many positive effects.”

Hope this helps!

With certain circumstances there are ones who will never get education unless it’s free, with limited knowledge they won’t understand the basics and may not have a possible future.

Would you want to trade places with Odysseus? Would you want to go through his experiences? Why or why not?
sergeinik [125]

Well, this is obviously a matter of opinion, but personally, I would not want to go through Odysseus's experiences. He suffered a lot trying to get home to Ithaca.

On the other hand, Odysseus's ordeal was no doubt an adventure! He fought monsters and had to use his great cunning to think his way out of sticky situations.  It depends on what you think.

What are some examples of a central idea in literature
Strike441 [17]

To find the main idea, first read the paragraph or story and ask what the selection is about. While each piece of writing contains multiple details, it also contains one main topic that all of those details relate too. From there, come up with a statement that summarizes those details and that is the main idea.If the paragraph talks about alligators and how they make nests, hatch eggs, and care for their young, the main idea could be alligator reproduction.

Under is a "preposition".

This is correct because "under" is used to show the location of the action happening, which means that it is a preposition.

Hello. You did not ask the question to which this text refers, which makes it impossible for you to receive an answer. However, I will try to help you by explaining what this text is talking about and I hope this is useful for you to answer your question.

This text is an excerpt from "All Quiet on the Western Front" written by Erich Maria Remarque. In this story we are introduced to Paul Baumer, a German soldier in the first world war. The book presents all the terrors and destruction that a war is capable of causing and in the excerpt presented in the question above, we can see Paul showing the conditions of the wounded and dead soldiers in the war hospital, a scene that impacts him a lot and makes him very thoughtful about what the war is causing and what will be the future of all who are there. That's because he entered the army with a very patriotic thought, but he realized that war has nothing to do with patriotism, but with death, pain and suffering.
