hat is not shows that plastic bags are a problem. Comparing the leaves and the bags shows that the cartoonist wants us to think that raking leaves is like cleaning up trash. Comparing the man’s annoyance to the woman’s happiness shows that the cartoonist wants us to think about our feelings. Comparing the woman’s positivity to the man’s negativity shows that the cartoonist wants us to consider both sides of the topic.
