Answer: Koala bears are well known for being one of Australians well known animal, along with the kangaroo. That being said, Koalas bears are not related to bears, but instead kangaroo and wombat.They inhabit the large Eastern part of Australia and can be found in large numbers in the Northeast and Southeast territory. Koalas are native to Australia and are not home-grown to any other regions. Koala are also not found in Western Australia.
