FIrst find the square root of 81.

\sqrt{81}  = 9  

The square root of 81 is 9.

FInd the product of -1 and -3 by multiplying the -1 by -3.

-1 * -3 = 3

next find the square root of 4.

     

   \sqrt{4} = 2  

Now it said divide  the square root of 81 which is 9 by  the difference between 3 and 2 and the difference between 3 and 2 two is 1.  

Thos means that the answer will be 9/1.
