Answer:

basically you shouldn't have do do anything to make anyone like you if that makes sense? as cliche as it sounds, be yourself and try not to change anything about your personality or appearance just for the purpose of someone else. if he really cares about you, then he won't care about that kind of stuff and will recognize that you being you is amazing and that you're a great person. also, i don't know if you're friends or not, but trying to get to know him better is a good start. i hope this helped, and good luck! :]
