The U.S would be interfering with the troops of the opposing nation, and there is a great chance that we may possibly directly contact the government and give them a chance to retreat and stop the conflict. We may have meetings with the representatives of these different nations in an effort to resolve this conflict. We also may attempt to stop the opposing nation from receiving supplies or aide, or cut off trade with them. This would most likely anger their government, and we would indirectly effect them by this.
