This phrase is "The City Upon a Hill". This sermon was introduced during the disembarkment of the Puritans in Arabella going to New England. The word "city" was referred to the first settlement that composes of the Puritan members and leaders. They wanted to create a city that follows the values and teachings of the Puritan ministry.

Name three innovations/technologies that put the Maya, Inca, or Aztecs "ahead of their time".
Furkat [3]

The Aztecs built their settlement in a swamp in what is now Mexico City and when the Spanish arrived they thought it more spectacular than Venice. The Aztecs were fantastic warriors but they were also excellent farmers: because they had stumbled on hydroponics, their floating fields produced an abundance of nutrients in the food they were growing.

The Mayas built some of the tallest buildings of the ancient world – without the use of the wheel, or even horses. The pyramid El Castillo in Chichen Itza is the Mayan calendar, literally set in stone.

the Incas lived in the mountains of South America and had to cross very deep ravines they invented the world's first suspension bridges in spite not having hemp or sisal ropes. They made their bridges out of twisted fibers of long stemmed grass, another amazing feat of ingenuity from an inspired region.

Hope this help :)..........my hand hurts.

How might Cedric Rue’s sentencing have been different if he had been tried in the 1970s or the late 2010s
Inessa [10]

Cedric Rue’s wouldn't have been sentenced to life imprisonment without any chance of parole if he had been tried in the 1970s or the late 2010s.

Who is a Juvenile?

This is an individual which is young and not yet old enough to be considered an adult.

Cedric Rue was convicted of murder, theft and arson and was sentenced to life imprisonment without any chance of parole. In the late 2010s, death penalties and imprisonment without parole was abolished for juvenile offenders which he would have benefited from as a result of it being absent in the 1970s.
