Now that you have had a chance to read excerpts from Anne Frank’s diary and the play version of it, which do you prefer? Why?

Answer:

I liked reading the narrative more, because I think it gives a clearer picture of what Anne was really thinking while she was in hiding. It was fun to see what hiding was like from Anne's perspective rather than from a director and actors on a stage.

I personally prefer the play version because i like how it has stage directions. The stage directions help me understand what exactly is happening in that scene.
