Why did the great migration continue even after WWI ended?
Mazyrski [523]

Answer:

With the defense buildup for World War II and with the post-war economic prosperity, migration was revived, with larger numbers of Black Americans leaving the South through the 1960s. With its mission over, the migration ended in the 1970s, when the South had sufficiently changed so that African-Americans were no longer under pressure to leave and were free to live anywhere they chose.

What did Shay’s Rebellion which took place in Massachusetts in the winter of 1786-1787, demonstrate to American political leader
andrey2020 [161]

A group of protestors, led by Revolutionary War veteran Daniel Shays, began a 6 month rebellion by taking over the Court of Common Pleas in Northampton; the goal was to prevent the trial and imprisonment of debt-ridden citizens. James Bowdoin, the governor of Massachusetts, was clearly in the latter group. That is basically what Shays Rebellion is. Americans political leaders saw that people dont like the Articless of Confederation and that they will protest against it. Daniel Shay, the person behind Shays Rebellion was offered to be forgiven for starting the Reellion if he just stopped it, but he refused. America couldnt stop it becasue they did not have a national government which they would send to stop riots from breaking out.

thats it, hope it helps
