Answer and Explanation:

  • The cell looks like a prokaryotic cell.
  • A prokaryotic cell might be recognized by the presence of flagellates used to move (the four long filaments located posterior to the cell). There are also many pili surrounding the cell wall (the small little filaments). There are almost no organelles. There is a circular DNI molecule concentrated in a nucleoid (which seems to be the grey oval in the middle of the cell). Prokaryotic cells also have different compartments that depend on the type of cells, such as chlorosome, carboxysome, phycobilisome, and others (which might be the dark spiral circle in the anterior part of the cell).
  • Two differences with the cell of an onion peel are that the onion peel cell has its genetic material surrounded and protected by the nucleus membrane, whereas the prokaryotic cell lacks a delimitated nucleus. Also, the onion peel cell has a hexagonal shape and lacks flagellates and pili, unlike the prokaryotic cell, which uses the to move. The onion peel is a multicellular structure, while the prokaryote is a one-celled organism.
  • There should always be a cover glass over the cell or tissue we are looking at. Fasten the slide with the stage clips. Move the lens carefully in order not to damage it or the slide. Do not touch or clean the lens with the fingers and try not to stain them.

4. Describe the interrelationship between cell, tissue and organ of human body.
Zinaida [17]

Answer and Explanation:

Cell: Molecules get grouped in alive cellular units that have auto replication capabilities. It is the smallest structural unit capable of functioning by itself. A cell is capable of communicating with other cells, their membranes delimitate them and protect them, constituting a selectively permeable barrier, receives signals from the exterior and responds in different ways to the different signals. There are different cells with different sizes, shapes, and forms.

Tissue: A tissue is the organization and association of the same type of cells. Each tissue performs different functions. These tissues can be epithelial, adipose, nervous, muscular, and etcetera.

Organ: An organ is composed of different tissues that work together in a more complex function. Tissues form structures such as the heart, lung, kidney, brain, and etcetera. Each organ has its function.

Organ systems: When different organs get associated and work together, they become a system. Working together in a stable way organs maintain homeostasis.

Imagine a bodybuilder flexing their muscles. which type(s) of tissue go into that action?
mojhsa [17]

Answer:

The tissues that come into action are cartilaginous, bone, muscular and tendon.

Explanation:

It must also be taken into account that the joints are the queens of contortionist movements, they are the ones that are most in demand, and the ones that most control the movements together with the proprioceptors and the muscular golgi reticulum.

Joints are not mentioned in the answer because they are not a tissue, but a set of tissues.
