I was certain this new school wouldn't have nearly as many options, and I knew there was no way I was going to be able to set up a new carpool with only a few days to meet new people.
I would be moving away. I wondered, what would this new city be like; what would the people be like; what would people do with their time? I just couldn't fathom a life outside of the one I knew and so I began to worry about whether I would be able to fit in.

But as I stood there, hesitant to take another step into this unknown world, I realized something: things are never as bad as I think they will be.
