Answer:The purpose of Confucianism would be uphold people's morals socially, politically and philosophically. Confucianism stresses filial piety, education as well as relationships (towards elders, friends, siblings etc).

Confucius highly respected ancestors. He believed that If people treated their leaders with the same respect they treat their ancestors, then they would become loyal citizens and do good for the world. In China, family and ancestors were highly respected, and Respect for one’s parents and ancestors is what Confucius believed in he wanted people to respect our ancesters because  they are family and they will do you great and give you hope when you need it
