The two condition that must exist for an artesian well to form include the following 1.Presence of water which must be aquifer that is tilted 2.There must be aquitards in both above and below the aquifer Artesian involve,relate or supplied by the upward movement of water under hydrostatic pressure in rocks.In this well water is under pressure especially when water flows to the surface naturally.
