Binary fission is asexual reproduction where singled cell organisms copies of themselves. Mitosis is cell division that a cell and results in two newly formed cells that are identical. Binary fission is making copies of a cell, and mitosis is splitting a cell into two new indetical new ones.

This type of cell replication is designed to increase the number of cells during the blastogenesis and embryogenesis of both animals and plants. The most distinct characteristic of the mitotic process is the production of two product cells (daughters) which are similar to each other as well as to their original cell (mother) in both quantitative and qualitative aspects
Binary fission has three types: simple, transverse, and longitudinal binary fission. Simple binary fission happens in amoebas wherein the division goes by any plane. Transverse binary fission happens among paramecium and planaria wherein the cytoplasmic division plane matches the specimen’s transverse axis. Longitudinal binary fission occurs in the euglena when the plane matches the longitudinal alignment.
Sickle cell anemia is a result of the point mutation, and in a change in just one nucleotide in a gene for hemoglobin. This mutation will cause the hemoglobin in the red blood cells to distort to a sickle shape when deoxygenated. "The sickle-shaped blood cells clog in the capillaries, cutting off circulation."

The good ozone layer can be described as the stratosphere part of the atmosphere which protects the Earth from harmful ultraviolet radiations from the Sun. The good ozone layer is however in a serious depleting condition due to human activities.
On the other hand, bad ozone layer is the part of the troposphere which is polluted. Emissions of toxic gases from human activities is the leading cause of this kind of pollution.
