Explanation:

In the beginning days of settling, the relationship is good between the early settlers and Native Americans because the Native Americans helped the English settlers when they came to the new land. Pocahontas was a Native American woman who helped the struggling English settlers in their survive in the early 16 century. Massasoit was a great leader of the Wampanoag people who encouraged the friendship with English settlers in the 16 century. Squanto is a guide and interpreter who helped in the survival of pilgrims and early settlers in Southern New England.

The first constitution

Congress had the power to deal with foreign affairs, declare war, make peace and sign treaties.

It had the power to manage Native Indian affairs.

It could pass laws that could affect all the states.

Could coin money

It had passed the Northwest Ordinance of 1787; it formed new states that had a population of 60,000 or more

It had control of the Department of Postal Service
