3. The constant of proportionality is how much it increases by or decreases by each time. Since the numbers in x and y are increasing by 3, that would be your answer.

Ex:
X: 1x3=3 3x3=9 9x3=27 27x3=81
As you can see every time you multiply by 3
it would equal the next number in the table. This applies for the y values as well.
