Cell is basic unit of life as when we are going to build our home we need bricks similarly our body is made up of cells which performs all activities required in our lifestyle. Some organisms are made up of single cell they are called unicellular. For eg.- amoeba, protozoa, bacteria, etc. Whereas some organisms are made of many cells , they are known as multi-cellular organisms. For eg.- humans, animals, birds, etc. Thus, cell is basic and structural unit of life.

In cattle, roan coat color (mixed red and white hairs) occurs in the heterozygous (Rr) offspring of red (RR) and white (rr) homo
antoniya [11.8K]
The answer is B) roan x roan.

Let's summarize:
R - dominant allele,
r - recessive allele,
RR - dominant homozygous with red color,
rr - recessive homozygous with white color,
Rr - heterozygous with roan color.

If we cross two heterozygous (Rr):

Parents: Rr x Rr
Offspring: RR Rr Rr rr

then, the offspring will be: 1 red (RR) : 2 roan (Rr, Rr ) : 1 white (rr).
