Answer:

Explanation:

The California Republic is a western state of the United State. It shares its border with Mexico along the ocean, Pacific. In 2009, California is declared all over the media and the public as the "ungovernable state". They claimed that the Governors were not able to govern the state properly in conjunction to the legislature and the courts of the state. Decentring is used to remark the governance of the state that the governors have a dominion on the rule and that the directives are happening within the communal factors.

Some of the possible reasons are :

1. Proposition 13 : The effect of the proposition 13, the property tax limit measures that was passed in the year 1978 is the part of damage the initiative did to California.

2.Budget Initiative

3. Gerrymandering

4. Terms limit

5. Two thirds votes of the legislature to pass a budget.

6. Boom and the bust taxation.

Under the US structure and operation of government each state can make, enforce
dezoksy [38]

Answer: False

Explanation:

The statement that "Under the US structure and operation of government each state can make, enforce and intrepret its own laws even if the laws are inconsistent with another state's laws or federal law" is false.

Even though state governments have the right to prescribe certain policy on education, taxation, commerce etc, it should be noted that such laws should not contradict the federal laws.

According to the Constitution of the United States, the federal law is being regarded as the supreme law and no.other state can contradict what it says.

What’s the importance of Steagald v United States? And do you agree with the decision?
nlexa [21]

Answer:

The decision of the Supreme Court on Steagald v United States (1981) established that according to the Fourth Amendment, police officers can´t search for a suspect in a third party´s property without getting a search warrant first.

Explanation:

According to the Supreme Court, the search carried in the house of the petitioner, Gary Keith Steagald, which was conducted only with an arrest warrant for Ricky Lyons, and led to Steagald´s arrest, was a violation of the exclusionary rule stated in the Fourth Amendment that protects all citizens from illegal searches and seizures. I do agree with this decision because any effort to apprehend a suspect should never infringe nor his or a third party´s constitutional rights.
