Start focusing on yourself, take a shower, paint, workout, that’s all taking care of yourself. it will take awhile and i know it’s hard but try little by little doing these things. :)

Honestly you should try coping methods, but don’t cut, don’t hang yourself or anything that could harm you. Instead try to do diamond paintings, drawing, coloring, maybe (cuddling with studies, it helps), you could try going to therapy but usually friends are the best therapist for you. Always remember you are great love, and if you ever need to talk I’m here
