Adam: Why?

Beggar: Because I have I was under police arrest

Beggar: Believe me, sir, I worked in a shop for a very few amount of salary so one month I took some extra money, the owner of the shop called the police, the police questioned me and I said honestly what I did, and the police arrested me. From then I got fed up with working.

Adam: Hmm, u shouldn't have taken that extra money without permission from our shop owner

Beggar: I  didn't take money without asking, i asked the day before and the owner scolded me for asking that very small amount of extra money, he called that mone as a huge amount of money and told me hat he would sent me away if i would ask him again. So i took the money the next day.

Help with 27 and 23 plzz
Volgvan
23. I know that there will be 5/12 ribbon left over. You would simply subtract 3/4 by 1/3. I don't know about the first part of this question though. (more like i don't remember)
27. I predict that Susan will get the greater quotient. If you divide the fraction 5/8 by 1/16 you would get 1/2. If you divide 5/8 by 1/32 you would get 1/4.
1/2 is greater than 1/4, which means that Susan has the greater quotient.

I hope this helps. Sorry about 23. Maybe someone else will answer.
