There is a formula for this:
Time = (Worker1 Time * Worker2 Time) / (Worker1 Time + Worker2 Time)

Time = (12 * 8) / (12 + 8)
Time = 96 / 20
Time = 4.8 Hours

Dafna11 [192]
X=3y+4, y=y
x+y=180, 3y+4+y=180, 4y+4=180
4y+4=180
4y=176
y=44
x=3(44)+4, x=132+4, x=136
