I'm going to say just the word "no." I know Spanish and English -
Spanish has upside down question/exclamation marks, and they don't use capitalized letters unless it's the beginning of a sentence, which marks out vocabulary.
Spanish is also nearly backwards from English - this marking out pattern of word order.
Sick means you are physically unwell and exhausted could just mean that you are tired, it could mean you are physically tired or mentally tired.
Having an advarsary is a great motivator! What would a Superhero be without a Supervillan? A Batman without a JoKeR? Hating (or REALLY disliking) someone can... well motivate you to get stronger for the next time you come across their path so you can knock their teeth down their throat JUST KIDDING. THERE ARE BETTER WAYS TO DEAL WITH AN ADVARSARY.
