Answer:

60 grams.

Explanation:

Total grams of fat which consumed by me is 60 grams per day of food intake. The normal range for fats consumption is 44 grams to 77 grams so I can say that my fat consumption comes in normal range. No, I ate good type of fats that can be extracted from the plants which are considered as good fats. Maintain normal fat consumption and avoiding use of animal fats and use only fats extracted from plants.
