Select a poem that has a theme that you can not only identify with, but can also write about. You may want to review the poems y

ou have read this year and last year i your Literature courses. One of them might be a good choice for your topic. Choose a serious poem. Do not choose a Narrative poem, a nonsense poem, a limerick, or any other kind of light comic verse. Do Not Choose " The Rainy Day" by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow or " Invictus" by William Henley. ( Remember to write your essay in the third person. Discuss the poem in the present tense. Use transitional words and phrases. Use appropriate verbs. Use literary terms). Here's a list of suggested poems and suggested poets. 1) " Paul Revere's Ride" By Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. 2) " O Captain! My Captain!" By Walt Whitman. 3) " The Railway Train" By Emily Dickinson. 4) " The Road Not Taken" By Robert Frost. 5) " I,Too,Sing America." By Langston Hughes. 6) " A Poem for My Librarian, Mrs, Long" By Nikki Giovanni. ) Use a search engine to find copies of each poem. Don't forget about the poems that you have read this year. ( Will Mark Brainliest and Give 5 Stars) to whoever can please help me with this assignment. I extremely need help.

Answer:

Wright about Edgar Allan Poe. He has so many poems, for example: 'The Raven', 'Annabel Lee', 'To Helen'. Here's one that I wrote a while ago to help someone out.

The cold, cold, winter wind

Cold as it blows sharply through the night

Colder than the cold, war

As cold as the ground

During a long winter night

Colder than the long brutal war

Sharper than the blades that pierce

Fiercer than the anger that builds inside people

It sharply nips at my cheeks at I walk through the cold winter night

It nips fiercely at my cheeks

As though it were a mad dog

The cold, cold, winter wind

It fiercely slams against the windows

The windows on the houses up and down the street

As I walk down the street

The cold, cold, winter wind seems to follow

As if it were a lost soldier looking for home

I finally reach home and the wind barks at the door as I close it

It barks like an old General at duty

The wind was sharp, fierce, and angry

Like those of the cold war.

The answer is: the author’s decision to flee China for the United States.

In the poem "Garden of My Childhood," the author Kuangchi Chang uses the words "childhood garden" to refer to the country where he was born - China. As a consequence, the decision to leave his childhood garden for a new garden implies the idea that he is leaving or has left China to start a new life in The USA.
