Answer:

One allows microbe to move in the medium and the other allows to see it.

Explanation:

Both microscopy and motility agar are required to determine motility in some microbes because both substances helps to find out the mobility in the microbes. Motility agar is the medium that allows microbes to swim if they have flagella in their body while on the other hand, microscope is used to see the movement of microbes in motility agar. Microbes are small creature which can't be seen through naked eyes so we used microscope for it.

Discuss how important you think it is to protect ecosystems from human-induced change, such as changes in habitat or introductio
Monica [59]

Answer:

Answer = explanation.

Explanation:

If we think deeply about the matter, animals are way more important than humans and our needs, since nature depends on the relationship animals have with each-other and not on anything humans do. Historically, we were part of nature, but that was when we were still hunting, gathering and reproducing, not making trillions of plastic bags every year.

Natural conditions should be preserved at all costs, in other words, it comes first, and our needs should come last, in a very environmentally conscious society, that is. If we continue putting ourselves and our needs first, future generations will have a really nasty world to live in. But, since humands have their needs, we should maintain them, as long as they're within the "things I need to survive, study and work" range of needs, otherwise, we will be talking about unnecessary stuff.

Hope it helped,
