Agility meaning : ability to move quickly and easily.
Sentence Example : "though he was without formal training as dancer or athlete, his physical agility was inexhaustible"
Sport number 1 :
Basketball, when it comes to basketball you have to move quickly but easily, if you don’t move easily your game might take plot twists in between and you might lose the match. This is one reason why agility is used in the game of basketball.
Football, you have to use agility in this game too by grabbing the football by your legs , before the opposite team makes a goal and makes their scores higher and higher.
