Answer:

I believe that the correct answer to the question: What should the writer of this letter do before sending her letter, would be, to: Find a specific person to address in the letter.

Explanation:

Since this is a letter addressed to a big organization, where there are many managers, it is important to know more specifically to whom it is addressed, or at least the department that it is addressed to, so that there are no errors in delivering the letter, and the complaint can be answered. This is why, the correct answer is the first one; because in this way, errors of delivery can be avoided, and also, it adds responsibility on the person who must take charge of the case, since the person is being addressed by name, instead of under just the company´s name.

What compound-complex sentence can be formed from the underlined section of the passage?
Leto [7]

Answer: Learning a language can be difficult, yet it is one of the most useful hobbies that I've tried.

Explanation:

A compound-complex sentence is a sentence which consists of two (or even more) independent clauses and at least one dependent clause. These clauses are joined by a conjunction. In this case, the independent clauses are: 1) "Learning a language can be difficult" and 2) "it is one of the most useful hobbies". These clauses are joined by a conjunction "yet", and a dependent clause "that I've tried" is added, which makes a compound-complex sentence.

Does doing something unethical makes a person bad? Does doing something ethical makes a person good? Please explain your respons
Sophie [7]

Answer:

No, doing something unethical doesn't necessarily mean someone's just outright a bad person. Everyone makes mistakes, then we learn from them and know how to better ourselves in the future. Doing something ethical doesn't always necessarily mean someone's a good person either. Someone can act like a complete saint to someone, and then go off later and do something unethical to something or someone else.
