Parallelism (also knows as parallel structure or parallel construction) is a literary device in which phrases with a similar or identical grammatical structure are used to create emphasis, balance, clarity, pattern, or rhythm. Here, every sentence begins with the phrase<em> Now is the time. </em>This phrase is followed by the infinitive form of verbs (to + verb). This is why these sentences are an example of parallelism.
