Write a 3 paragraph Essay. Each paragraph must have at least 5 sentences. Describe one way in which your same gender parent (or

another important adult) has served as a role model for you. What did you learn from them about being male or female? Who taught you things like doing your hair and makeup, how to shave or how to tie a tie? How did they help mold you into the person you are today? Now that you are older has your role model changed? Who do you look up to now?

Role models are people who influence you in life. They help shape your personality, and characteristics. They are someone who you look up to for advice in a hard situation, and know they will give words of wisdom. They never judge out past actions - instead they look to help because they really care.a perfect role model for me is my mother. She’s smart, ambitious, wise, patient and a loving person. There are no words that can describe my gratitude towards her, but I will describe some of her characteristics that make her my role model.

To begins with, I would like to describe my mother’s ambition. She wakes up every morning with the positive attitude, and a smile on her face. She is always searching for ways to improve her persona and live a happier life.

My mother taught me a lot of things that I had trouble understanding. she makes sure I understand everything I need to know. She taught me fashion and also used to help me do my hair or choose my clothes for me. Those small acts have now made me the person I am today and I am very proud to have her as my mother.

Hope this helps..!

What does it mean when you have high blood pressure?
yKpoI14uk [10]

Blood pressure is the result of two forces: from the heart as it pumps blood into the arteries and throughout the circulatory system, and the force of the arteries as they resist blood flow.

You probably have high blood pressure (hypertension) if your blood pressure readings are consistently 140 over 90, or higher.

If you have high blood pressure, this higher pressure puts extra strain on your heart and blood vessels. Over time, this extra strain increases your risk of a heart attack or stroke.

High blood pressure can also cause heart and kidney disease and is closely linked to some forms of dementia.
