• Have a renewed sense of what's important. They have to search and discover on their own as to what holds the most importance in their life.

• Open to new possibilities and challenges. There is no doubt that the coming generation will face a lot of completion and challenges. They need to train their mind to give their best, and at the same time remember that even if they fail, they can try again..try better.
