I believe an ideal society has enough laws to protect the citizens and create a safe environment, while also still maintaining a comfortable level of freedom so one doesn't feel restricted in life. I believe people should be able to ride dirt bikes on the road and get their driver's license as soon as they turn 16 regardless of whether or not they had it for a year, to give a couple examples. Obviously the laws such as not murdering or stealing should be put in effect, but we should let teenagers start working earlier and simple things like that which we can do to create a perfect society everyone can enjoy and feel safe in.

I think it should be because diplomats is the representative of a nation and negotiating with other nations could be more easier if we're already friendly with the diplomat. Also the way we treat their diplomat is also the way of how we treat the nation he/she representing and it would add a good standing in the global status if we are respecting the diplomats.
