Dear brother/sister,

I am writing a letter to you as there is a problem with your daily routine and it could be harmful to your health.

Eating junk food needs to come to a stop. You eat too much and it is seriously bad for your health. If you wouldn't like to stop, perhaps try to just eat it to a minimum.
