As a result, he was given feathers by his family and friends to express their disappointment in him and labeled him a coward.

However, in his attempt to get his life back, Harry too three steps, these :

1. Harry sent Abou Fatma to other British soldiers to warn them of impending attacks from the Mahdi (the enemies)

2. Harry rescued his friend Jack at the battlefield when he was blinded.

3. Harry is involved in rescuing Trench and eventually escorted him back to Britain
