The art of fiction is using the creators imagination or in other words the story isnt real...But in nonfiction the events in the story are real and occurred

The best way to take notes and not miss what someone is saying is to either try and remember key details about what's being said and write down everything after the speaker is done. Or write quickly in abbreviations and short sentences to keep the time spent writing to a minimal which gives you more time to listen.
