Answer: Emotional pains from moving on and slow economic growth

Explanation:

Genocide is a bad experience for anyone to have, and that's what some citizens of Rwanda faced. It was hard for many of those who experienced the event to move on from it, some who took part in the genocide faced jail terms, while some who survived it lived with the pains of loosing their loved ones.

On the other hand, it had it's effect on the economy, it was a setback for the nation and till date the country is yet to recover fully from it although there has been some development in Kagali, the city's capital.
