In Stage III of the demographic transition, A. the birth rate and the death rate are both relatively low and the population stab
UkoKoshka [18]

Answer:

A. the birth rate and the death rate are both relatively low and the population stabilizes

Explanation:

The Demographic Transition

This is simply defined as the general way of demographic change usually occuring fro. high birth and death rates to low birth and death rates, and it is said to be observed in the history of developed countries.

Stages of Demographic Transition

Stage 1 of the Demographic Transition Model (DTM)

In this stage, there is present to be a low population growth rate due to a high birth rate that is the number of annual births per one thousand people and a high death rate simply the number of annual deaths per one thousand people.

Stage 2 of the Demographic Transition Model (DTM)

This stage consists of a fast lowering or decrease in a country's death rate, meanwhile, the birth rate remains high. Leading to the total population of a country in Stage 2 rising because births outnumber deaths and simply not because the birth rate is rising.

In Stage 3 of the Demographic Transition Model (DTM)

In this stage, death rates are relatively low and birth rates decrease.

This result in this stage occurs due to improved economic conditions, an increase in women's status and education, and access to contraception etc.

STAGE 4- usually regarded as post Industrial

This includes birth rate droping below replacement level and tthe size of the population begins to decrease also.

According to social identity theory,
kolezko [41]

Answer: C) people define themselves by their group affiliations.

Explanation: Social identity can be simply defined as the perception of an individual on who they are based on the membership they belong to.

Social identity theory is a theory about (in group) who we are and (out group) who they are, the in group will always look for issues to use against the out groups, there by tarnishing the image of the out groups and enhancing theirs.

So option (C); people define themselves by their group affiliations best illustrates social identity theory.

4. Discuss factors that reduce helping behavior. Also explain the effects of being helped, including the phenomenon of helping b
Ad libitum [116K]

The correct answers to these open questions are the following.

The factors that reduce helping behavior are the negative of the people who are offered the help and the improper circumstances to help others. The effects of being helped are that we can lend a helping hand to the ones in need. We feel that we are doing the right thing when we can help others. And the help is unconditional when we know that the other people have no ways to return the favor or the help.

However, sometimes the phenomenon of helping behavior induces negative reactions. The factors that lead to negative reactions among people being helped are, for instance, that they could always expect to be helped and we limit their own capacity to thrive. If people are always expecting altruism form others, they get used to and instead of making an effort or work hard, they prefer to be victims and expect other people to have compassion and also to help them.

Which evidence supports the reasearchers hypothesis?
Vanyuwa [196]

Answer:

The evidence that a researcher decides to use should be from a credible source and should be track-able.

It can or cannot back the hypothesis created by the researcher. In both cases, the researcher must synthesis it properly into his research. It must build a connection and somewhat extends the points discussed in the hypothesis.

Either way it should have a direction. Something that does not connect to the core of research must not be added in it.
