Per example regarding discrimination matters; the right to vote; to have a house; to have education. In these cases a person can go to the court and they can sue the one who is violating their rights. Then the court can interfere in the situation against the government, business or the person that is violating your rights. The court can check if the law is being applied accordingly with the Constitution and can set measures to make your rights being applied using many legal tools as financial penalty, prohibitions or law adjustments.</em>
