Answer: I'd guess fast fashion brands like Shein or Rowne.

Explanation: Shein has been exposed for child labor, underpayed workers, terrible working conditions. Rowne is the same thing. Child labor, underpayed workers, sweatshop factories, they also copy other designers and artists designs and claim them as their own. I'd double check all of these though to be sure.
