Either it's = Oh! Quelle fille ! ==> <em>Oh what a girl she is ! </em>??????????????
OR
Où est-ce que la fille est ? ===> <em>Where is the girl ?</em>
<em>Oh es ce que la fille es</em>t doesn't mean anything ....
first of all = "est-ce que" is correct not "es ce que"
"Est-ce que..." means you're asking a question ...
so something is missing at the end of the sentence ....if it's not a question ..
That's why I guessed that you might have said = 'Où' instead of 'oh' which means 'where' ....
