Answer and Explanation:

This question is about "Brown Girl Dreaming"

1. Jacqueline's mother decides to return to South Carolina, despite the dangerous conditions, because it is not possible to maintain her marriage. So she decides to return to her homeland, where she will have the support of her family and where she will be able to work while the family takes care of her children.

2. She is relieved, in a way, to get out of a marriage that was not doing her well, but she is also afraid for her future and the safety of her and her children, who will grow up in a dangerous environment like South Carolina.

Story not more than 450 words about now I know that no man can be trusted<br>
goblinko [34]

Answer:

No man can be trusted.

Explanation:

Once I went into the tuck shop away from my home and there a well dressed up man gave me a smile, and asked about the closest living area. Anyways answering him I bought the things.

When I reached home I saw the man around the house and after a few moments he was standing beside me with a knife in his hand as I was taking out the things from the car. I yelled at the top of my voice , just then, my brother hit him at the back and he flung.

I became careful after this incident that no one can be trusted, not even those asking for addresses or begging for money.

In order to make an inference about a text, you need to _____.
Serhud [2]

The correct answer is D. Look beyond the details and information provided

Explanation:

Infer refers to the process of concluding or deducing something from specific information, this implies an inference is a guess or deduction the reader does with the information of a text or source, thus an inference is not explicitly provided in the source but it is a deductive process the reader does mainly by  analyzing the text and connecting details and information to create new ideas  that are not given in the text but that derive from it. In this way, it can be concluded inferring implies looking beyond the details and information provided to guess or deduce ideas that derive from the text but are not explicitly given.
