Answer:

Red

Explanation:

On the provided map the semi-arid climate areas are colored red. More than half of New South Wales has this kind of climate. Semi-arid climates usually get about double the rain than desert regions. There are two distinct classifications of semi-arid climates and these are hot and cold. These are sometimes also called steppe climates.

All mountains below 4000 m are underground in antarctica. Can you explain why?
vichka [17]

Answer:

I think it might be because they are too low. In Antarctica it is covered by thick ice, making it not much of a mountain. Also, there are often large caves, but if they aren't much higher then they are just passed as a large hill.

I hope this helps! Merry Christmas!!!

Describe something that happened in the past that you didn't
Semenov [28]

Answer:

You need to find a memory of your own but, this is an example. You may use it if you would like!

When I was little my mom would not let me use my money on things such as giftcards for game becuase she said it was a waste of money. Now I am thankful she didn't let me because I have money save to use how I want because I am older.

I am now realizing that this is for geography but I have come up with an example for that too.  When I was younger I was sad because I wanted the Pangea to be together still but now I am glad it's not because the history that we have today would not be the same.

Hope this helped! :)

What is declination and how does it impact day length
solong [7]

Answer:

Definition: declination is the angular distance of a point north or south of the celestial equator.

The declination angle, denoted by δ, varies seasonally due to the tilt of the Earth on its axis of rotation and the rotation of the Earth around the sun. If the Earth were not tilted on its axis of rotation, the declination would always be 0°. However, the Earth is tilted by 23.45° and the declination angle varies plus or minus this amount. Only at the spring and fall equinoxes is the declination angle equal to 0°. The rotation of the Earth around the sun and the change in the declination angle is shown in the animation below. It more or less affects the actual time of sun rise/set, but not the length of day
