JulijaS [17]

Answer:

here goes

Explanation:

chores and gender roles are kind of similar to segregation in their ways. So if you need to learn more stay tuned.

So you know the thing said about segregation the thing is back in the day black or "colored" so to speak had different jobs than white men and women. the men represent white guys and the women represent black people the black people usaly stayed inside because, they didnt want to be shamed or even imprisoned.

women are more likely to get easier jobs unlike men, who tend to do blue collared jobs. but that is not in my fam. My mom is a police officer and my dad is an office worker at tiaa bank.

In the final sentence of the third paragraph, the clause “although we do control the conditions of observation” functions as a t
NARA [144]

Answer:

E) clarifies the reasons astronomy meets the standards for scientific rigor

Explanation:

According to the passage, for a subject matter to be defined as a science, it must be empirical, rational, general, and cumulative. Empirical entails being subject to test by observation.

That sentence, “although we do control the conditions of observation” functions as a transitional element in that it shows that even though the subject matter in astronomy cannot be fully controlled, the conditions of observation can be controlled. This way, astronomy meets the condition of being called a science albeit an experimental science.
