Answer:

3 Things I noticed - Map B seems a bit Outdated, Both maps have Florida in the same place and look very similar, Map A has more Dark Gray colors than any other color.

2 Differences - Map A has more identified states or "parts" than Map B, Map A seems like the kind of Map to be used in school while Map B seems it would be used well to determine stuff for like World War 1 and 2.

1 thing i wonder - why does the middle part of Map B, look a gun???

to a certain extent. the rovers are meant to be stable in the conditions of cars along with it's gravity levels. these factors can fluctuate depending on the planet. other factors, such as wheel grip along with the inside work (wires and stuff) do not change too much.

according to the article of confederation they created a loose confederation b/w states and Central Government providing maximum powers to the states.

they divided the political powers in 3 parts 

• executive 

• legislative

• judicial 

having the ability to influence it's agenda & affect decisions

establishes a system of check & balance in which power is divided to ensure that any of the branch becomes predominant.

But as states government was unwilling to give up any of their power , due to absence in authority of national govt. to face confrontation such as paying war dept , ending commercial disagreement , thrash out trades agreement with other nations.

Which are he main factor of drawbacks in this system.

And also Congress was unable to control commercial trades of USA and other nations making it complicated to protect or systematize the trade.

which could be a factor to weakened the countries economic state and many more.
