I'd be able to manipulate reality at will. I could easily just turn invisible, make that person's McDonald's bag dissapear, or just do anything I want, infinetely. I'd be able to think up anything I want, and if I mess the entire world up somehow, I'll just turn back time! Reality Manipulation.
