The United Mineworkers of America may be an organization that began in 1890 by characterizing the requirements of miners, and alternative staff, inside the mines. The union used negotiation as a tool to attain its goals and enforced strikes once necessary. The first efforts of the United Mineworkers were to enlighten spiritually the matter of active metabolic process diseases within the coal fields.
