They Strictly prohibited marriage against Jews and Germans because they were not of the same people and because Hitler and his army were enforcing these laws.

The message they were sending was a very hateful message because they did not allow many holidays to take place and if they were to break these laws they would get beaten or many more wort things such as death.

I guess they did this because maybe they had a plan against the Jews so they can maybe make them be separarted so they would be easier to catch.

Yes, the death penalty was mentioned in-laws so Jews will be aware that if they were to break any laws they would die.
