The dancing girl statue, also called mohenjo-daro is a bronze sculpture belonging to one of the pre historic times. It was made in lost-wax casting in between a period believed to be 2300 BC and 1750 BC.

It was discovered by an Englishman, who of course happened to be an archaelogist. His name is Earnest Mackay. As of this moment, it is present on the museums of India, the National Museum, in New Delhi to be specific. Worthy of note is the ownership of the statue is currently being challenged by Pakistan, as they claim it belongs to their history instead
