There was a revolution. There was many people that united together more then ever. Because his death, there was more devotion for the country. This was because of the grief and calamity that fell upon the people from the United States. They worked together to support the nation after Lincoln’s assassination which you now see in textbooks in schools and library’s. But the political strife had also ceased.
