Answer:

I think it's 34.12 inches

Step-by-step explanation:

Use the Phythagorean Theorem, because bisecting a rectangle using the diagonal will produce 2 triangles. The diagonal represents the hypotenuse of the triangle so to solve for it you'd use the formula c² = a²+b²

To solve this we are going to use the future value of annuity due formula: FV=(1+ \frac{r}{n} )*P[ \frac{(1+ \frac{r}{n} )^{kt} -1}{ \frac{r}{n} } ]
where
FV is the future value P is the periodic payment r is the interest rate in decimal form n is the number of times the interest is compounded per year k is the number of payments per year t is the number of years

We know for our problem that P=295 and t=6. To convert the interest rate to decimal for, we are going to divide the rate by 100%:
r= \frac{10}{100}
r=0.1
Since the payment is made quarterly, it is made 4 times per year; therefore, k=4.
Since the type of the annuity is due, payments are made at the beginning of each period, and we know that we have 4 periods, so n=4.
Lets replace those values in our formula:

FV=(1+ \frac{r}{n} )*P[ \frac{(1+ \frac{r}{n} )^{kt} -1}{ \frac{r}{n} } ]
FV=(1+ \frac{0.1}{4} )*295[ \frac{(1+ \frac{0.1}{4} )^{(4)(6)} -1}{ \frac{0.1}{4} }  ]
FV=9781.54

We can conclude that the amount of the annuity after 10 years is $9,781.54

PLSS HELPP<br><br> Probability statistics
Lisa [10]

So okay, in stats when there is probability that looks like p(fem/type b) it means what is the probability that they are female given they are type b, so it would be where they intersect. Therefore where they intersect on the table is 22 out of the total of 200 people so 1/10. Now that we know that probability let's look at the "or" one, when it says or it means it could be a female or a type b so we would include both totals of each:

97 females+70 type b= 167

now we divide that by the total amount of people so it simplifies down to a probability of 0.835.

Finally, looking at these 2 probability we can see that the "or" probability is far greater than the one previous discussed so it would be the last option if I remeber correctly!!

Answer:

About 3

Step-by-step explanation:

Since all real life objects have three dimensions, if you increase the dimensions of an object by a certain factor, the object's volume is greater by the factor cubed.

1500*x^3=45000

x^3=30

x is about 3

Hope this helps!
